Abstract submission

Deadline: Friday 7 October 2022 at midnight (Paris time).

Presentation formats

Except from the invited oral presentations (see the list of invited speakers here), which will introduce a topic, a project, a research theme in the broad sense, the workshop will comprise:

  • standard oral presentations, of a duration of 15-20 minutes, which will typically describe 1 scientific result in detail;
  • short oral presentations, of a duration of 5-8 minutes, which may discuss 1 scientific result (focusing on the key aspects of the work), 1 project (e.g., PhD) under realization, 1 idea to submit to the audience, a critical analysis of 1 published article from the literature, etc.

The latter format constitutes an excellent opportunity for PhD students to present their work in front of an audience. Open to all, it also aims at stimulating discussions that will continue during and after the workshop.

NB : There will be no poster session.

Additional motivation for PhD students

One or several prizes will be awarded by GDR Ondes, a partner of this event, to PhD students presenting their work.
